Princess Nabila Phinisi

Komodo group boat charter for 16 to 25 guests

Updated 12 October 2026

A large group of 16 to 25 books Princess Nabila whole. Twenty-one guests sleep in fixed berths across 7 cabins and guests 22 to 25 take extra beds. A 3D2N charter costs IDR 5,220,000 (≈ USD 320) each for 16 and IDR 3,840,000 (≈ USD 236) each for 25. Park tickets and a guide are separate lines.

Sixteen friends or twenty-five: what the price does past 20

Sixteen guests pay IDR 5,220,000 (≈ USD 320) each on a 3D2N charter. Twenty-five pay IDR 3,840,000 (≈ USD 236) each. Between those two figures sits the whole case for taking the boat: 7 cabins, 21 fixed berths, a licence for 25, and a price printed for every head count.

If your group is larger than 20, the fare stops being a band and becomes a band plus a line for every extra head. Up to 20 guests the whole boat has four printed prices, for 1 to 5, 6 to 10, 11 to 15 and 16 to 20. From the 21st guest to the 25th, each person adds one printed amount, which on a 3D2N charter is IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153). Worked through, 21 guests pay IDR 4,100,000 (≈ USD 252) each, 22 pay IDR 4,020,000 (≈ USD 247) and 24 pay IDR 3,900,000 (≈ USD 239). The share keeps falling as the boat fills, more slowly after 20.

Twenty-one is also the number of fixed berths, so a group of exactly 21 fills every berth and needs no extra bed. Twenty-five is the licence. A 26th guest means a second boat, and we can talk that through with you.

21 and 25: where the extra beds go

Each of the 7 cabins has a double bed and a single, a pull-out lower bed in all but Jawa, so 7 cabins sleep 21. Guests 22 to 25 sleep on extra beds, one per cabin, in four of the six cabins that take a fourth guest (every cabin except Flores). The Flores suite stops at three. The deck plan on the boat page shows the berths deck by deck, with 3 cabins on the main deck and 4 on the upper deck.

Choose the four cabins by who will accept less space: a family, close friends, or colleagues from one team. The rate card does not print what kind of extra bed a cabin gets, so ask us before you give anyone a name for it.

Up to 14 guests, nobody shares a bed: two to a cabin, one in the double and one in the single. Past 14, somebody shares a double.

Eating, landing and walking as a party of 25

The restaurant on the main deck has no dining tables. A buffet island stands in the middle and counters run along the walls, with about 20 moulded white chairs in taupe fabric covers. A full boat of 25 therefore eats in two sittings, or takes dinner upstairs on the turf, where around a dozen bean bags and the wooden benches sit under two mast floodlights.

For landings the boat has one tender, and a full group goes ashore in more than one tender run, so allow extra time at each landing. Rangers lead every walk, and their fee is extra: see the park-fees page. Build slack into the time you plan at Komodo.

Pickup in Labuan Bajo is free both ways. A Toyota HiAce seats 12 at most, so a party of 25 needs more than one vehicle, or a larger coach on request. Both upgrades are quoted separately before you pay.

Splitting the bill among 25 people

Collect in two parts. The first is the boat share: IDR 4,640,000 (≈ USD 285) for a group of 18, IDR 4,100,000 (≈ USD 252) for 21 and IDR 3,840,000 (≈ USD 236) for 25 on a 3D2N charter. Every head count has its share on the group charter rates page. The second part is what each guest pays in their own name: the park ticket, bought online, at IDR 250,000 a day for a foreign guest and IDR 50,000 a day for an Indonesian guest. Ranger and pier charges come on top.

A third part belongs to the group and not to a person: the guide and the photo and video set, which a charter does not include and which are quoted apart if you want them, and tips for the crew.

Pay 50% to confirm the boat and the rest 30 days before departure. One invoice goes to the organiser. Send any diet needs together with the head count. We print no halal, vegan or allergy guarantee for this boat.

Ask guests for passport details when you collect their money. Names and passport or ID details go with the balance, as the booking steps explain.

When the group is smaller than it sounds

A group of 8 pays IDR 8,560,000 (≈ USD 525) each for the whole boat on a 3D2N charter, because the same boat is shared among fewer people. A group of 6 pays IDR 11,420,000 (≈ USD 701). Put these beside the open-trip fares before you decide, because below 15 guests an open-trip bed costs less per head than the boat does, with strangers in the other cabins.

The other limit is the top end. The licence is 25 and the restaurant seats about 20. A group that must sit at one meal, with a head table and speeches, needs a different venue for that meal. Choose a hotel dinner at the start or the end of the trip, and let the boat be the part where everyone eats off the buffet in turn.

Send your head count, two possible dates and the number of children. We check the dates against the boat's calendar and reply with the cost per head.

FAQ

Can all 25 of us eat together at the same time?

Not in the restaurant. It has counters with about 20 chairs and no dining tables. A full boat eats in two sittings, or takes dinner on the sun deck, where the turf, the bean bags and the benches take the whole party. Tell us which meals you want upstairs.

What does the price per head become if only 21 of us sail?

A group of 21 on a 3D2N charter pays IDR 4,100,000 (≈ USD 252) each. That is the 16 to 20 band plus one printed amount of IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 153) for the 21st guest, divided among 21 people. All 21 sleep in fixed berths, so there is no extra bed to arrange.

Do we all walk Komodo together as one group?

That is the park's decision, not ours: it assigns the rangers and sets how many guests walk with each, so a party of 25 can be split on the trail. Allow extra time at the stop. Ranger fees sit outside the fare, and the park-fees page explains them.

When can we reach you about a group of 25?

Send the head count, the dates and the length of trip, and ask for the cost per head at your group size. The contact page lists our hours and both WhatsApp lines. Hotel rooms and pickup can be arranged with the boat.

Is the free pickup big enough for a party of 25?

Pickup in Labuan Bajo is free both ways. A Toyota HiAce seats 12 at most, so 25 guests need more than one vehicle. A larger coach can be quoted on request. Each upgrade is quoted separately, and nothing is added to the fare before you have the quote.
