Nothing is charged for the ride to the boat and back again, whether it starts at the airport or at a hotel in Labuan Bajo. A Toyota HiAce carries up to 12 people, and a coach for a bigger party is quoted on request. Meetings, dinners, decoration and a photographer have no fixed price, and none joins the fare until you agree its quote.
Free pickup, hotel or airport, both ways
A shared car or minibus meets you at the airport, the hotel or the harbour and returns you at the end of the trip. It costs nothing on any trip.
On the open trip the pickup falls between 10:30 and 11:55 on day 1, and the exact time is sent the day before. On a private charter the hour is the one in your confirmation, so give your flight number when you ask for it.
On the way home, a three-day open trip is back at the pier between 10:00 and 11:00 on day 3. Two-day guests are at the pier between 19:00 and 20:30 on the evening of day 2. Plan the flight home for after 14:00 when day 3 is your last day, and be in town the evening before you board.
A vehicle upgrade for a larger group
The shared car suits a couple or a small family. Once the group is bigger, or the luggage is, order a vehicle for the group alone. Take 25 colleagues landing on one flight: three HiAce vehicles or one coach take them out of the airport together, where a shared car would shuttle them in relays.
- Toyota HiAce. Up to 12 seats. A group of 16 needs two, and a group of 25 needs three.
- Coach. Larger, on request, for a group that arrives together on one flight.
An upgrade is quoted apart from the fare and does not join it until you agree. Send the flight numbers and hotel names with the request, so the quote counts vehicles for each arrival and each hotel rather than for the group as a whole.
Meetings, corporate outings and family gatherings
A meeting on board happens in the restaurant, where the buffet island and the wall TV are. Its counters seat about 20. A meeting on an island happens ashore, reached by tender, which takes a full group across in several trips. Both are on request, and neither has a fixed price.
A corporate outing is the private charter plus whatever the company adds. The company event guide sets out sample programmes for two and three days.
A family gathering begins with the sleeping plan. Grandparents take the main-deck cabins, children stay with their parents, and the sun deck, which has a low rail, needs an adult beside every child.
Dinners on an island, on deck and on request
Four dinners are on the list. Each is a request, and each is quoted by head count, island and season.
- Dinner on an island. A meal served ashore on an island, instead of on board.
- Private island dinner. The same, set for your group alone.
- Seafood dinner. On a trip filmed in late May 2025, fish, squid and mantis shrimp went on a charcoal grill on deck, and red dragon-fruit juice came in tall glasses.
- Dinner with a special request. A diet, a birthday, a proposal. Tell us what you have in mind, with the head count.
For a birthday or a proposal, the setting on board is the turf deck: green turf, bean bags and two floodlights on the mast. Ask for it by name.
Decoration and the photographer
Decoration is for a cabin or a deck: a cabin dressed for an anniversary, or a deck set for a birthday. It is quoted like everything else, and the quote names the space.
A photographer or a drone is a separate service. A drone needs a park permit, which is the park's to grant and not ours to promise, so ask for it with the dates and not on the morning. Photo and video documentation, filmed on GoPro, mirrorless camera and drone, comes with the open-trip fare. A private charter has none unless you request it, and it is then quoted separately.

Free pickup
Hotel or airport pickup is free in both directions: the open-trip window is 10:30 to 11:55 on day one, and a charter is collected at the hour agreed in the confirmation.

How a request becomes a quote
The path is short. You name the service, the head count and the dates. We reply with what the quote includes and what it costs. Nothing joins the fare until you have agreed that quote.
No event price is printed on this site, because a printed figure would fit one group and miss the next. Head count, island and season set it.

Is the hotel and airport pickup really free?
Yes. The ride between the airport, a hotel or the harbour and the boat costs nothing on any trip, and no pickup line appears on your invoice. You share the car or minibus with the rest of your group by default. A bigger vehicle is a separate quote.
