Five stars only on the platforms
From Google and Tripadvisor we use five-star reviews and nothing lower. That is a decision we made, and it turns this page into a selection and not a sample. Lower ratings exist on both platforms and the badges count them, so the platform pages show the full range.
A text that turns up word for word under two names on two platforms is left out. A quote earns its place when its source is unambiguous, and a duplicate is not.
Read the page as you would a folder of testimonials. It shows what guests chose to write. It says little about how one cabin sleeps.
What a review cannot tell you about this boat
For a hull finished in 2025 the best evidence is footage, and the boat's own walk-through videos run from March to June 2025. A review will not tell you where you board. The footage does: a wooden platform with rails and a ladder to the water, on the starboard side, midship.
Before you rely on a review, check four things. Which boat? Which month? Was it an open trip or a private charter? Does the point you care about, whether stairs, shade or a bath, appear in it at all?
Then ask us for what the review skipped: the cabin and deck for each guest, and the lines that are not in the fare. Each comes back with a figure.

After your trip, post on Google or Tripadvisor under the Komodo Explorer listing. It stays public there and we cannot edit it. You can also message us on WhatsApp. A message is quoted here only when you agree to it, under your first name and country.
